Happy..Err Merry Christmas !
I swear if I ever hear “Happy Holidays” one more time I will crack. It is such a lazy term, one term to cover 4 holidys, Chirstmas, Hanukkah (And its million of differnt spellings), Kwanzaa, and News Year. (Ok 5 for our Canadian Friends Boxing Day, eh? 
) “Happy Holidays” seems rather hallow…. Why not take the time to wish Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy New Years. Oh and Merry ChristHanZaa is just as bad ever here of newspeak from 1984? Yep again lazyness and newspeak. A rather good artical can be found here about the term “Happy Holidays” I really have nothing more to say about it..Oh yeah why are we so afriad of offending others? I mean being offended is a privalaged and shows that our (the US) goverment is working simi-right and showing that poeple can think differnt and not all alike. :ermm:
Oh and I would rather hear “Happy Kwanzaa” then “Happy Holidays” (and I’m a white guy :r)
