Meh, saturday school sucks, that is all.

A long long time ago in an office building not too far far away…….

There were these things called terminals, where users would access via a computer screen and keyboard where in their offices, or places of work remotely. These terminals would hold files programs and such they needed to use nothing would be stored on the user’s end computer it’s self. Then the 90s happend. The 90s saw the movement to Personal Computers where you would have your word processor and such stored locally on to your computer, no need to be connected to a terminal to reach that program. Terminals were changed to servers for universal file access. (so you could use more then one computer and still get your documents.) Now today we are seeing things like meeboo, Google docs, eyeOS, and other things which would remove the need for HDDs in hard drives, so we are going back to the 70s in this scene. Weird.

Well First I should say I graduated from High School last Saturday (June 9th 2007) as Manga Cum (“coom” not “come”) Laude, English it is “With great praise”, nothing else really to say about that.

Anyways Apple released Safari for Windows which is why I named this post “White N’ Nerdy” since I am white and my “OMGOSH SAFARI FOR WINDOWS” is nerdy…

The browser seems a bit slower at times compared to Firefox and Opera yet has the feeling of IMHO Firefox but with a Mac look to it. I would give it a 7/10 over all with my playing around with it. I probity would give it a better score if there were things you could add on to it like skins and other things like you can with Firefox and Opera even thought it just came out today, there was no mention of such a thing being possibal, but over all I like it, just probability won’t change to it from firefox since I am a person of habbit.

I agree with what Ben said about the issue, yet here are more things about Global Warming.

-for 500 years up untill 1850s we were having a mini ice age (History Channel, “Little Ice Age, Big Chill” (or something like that)

- The Ozone layer hole has been shrinking

-For 60ish years we have been studying Global Temphters patterns, for the first 30 years “OH NOES GLOBAL ICE AGE WILL KILL US!” last 30 years “OH NOES GLOBAL WARMING WILL KILL US WHICH WILL LEAD TO ANOTHER ICE AGE” The science is still younge, have many one side supports who like attention (Al Gore), The last statement shows that infact they beleave that the  earth’s temphter is a cycle and/or are praticting “Dublespeek” (read “1984″)

-Lets see when the earth was young it was a “tropical pardice” maybe the earth is naturaly reverting it back?

-Studys have shown that the sun is larnger then in the past.

-People place 100% blame on man and cars yet they fail to factor in Cows (who have high green house gas emission naturaly), Vocanos, and other natural fanamanons.

-The Global temp.  Increased more durning the Jarrasic peroid then it is right now.

-It is still only a THEORY

So over the weekend I saw James Bond:Casino Royale I have never really seen a James Bond movie before, it was okay but a few things have been bugging the heck out of me from the movie, even durning the movie! 

Heres a small list.

Mr. Bond at first drives a Ford… I’m sorry that image will hunt me for a while. (meh maybe it will help boose Michigan’s econ. a bit :r)

Too much lovey dovey not enought explosions (Think Star Wars II: AotC)

Blond hair :r (I mean is it that hard to die hair black or a very dark brown we see goth kids do it all the time :r)

Too much card playing not enought explosions…(think World poker games on ESPN)

This was supose to take place before the bond movies (which take place durning the hight of the cold war) yet we see laptops and cell phones a’plenty and SONY ones at that. Also they referance the fall of the USSR and 9/11 though out the movie yet the events did not even happen yet.

None of the classic famious Bond open music, (you know his theme) oh and the opening was too long IMHO compaired to the classic gun sight one, and contariy to popular beleave in the start of the movie he did have 00 statis M even saids so.

I think that is it.

YACBPBA (Yet Another Crappy Blog Post By Aaron)

I swear if I ever hear “Happy Holidays” one more time I will crack. It is such a lazy term, one term to cover 4 holidys, Chirstmas, Hanukkah (And its million of differnt spellings), Kwanzaa, and News Year. (Ok 5 for our Canadian Friends Boxing Day, eh? ) “Happy Holidays” seems rather hallow…. Why not take the time to wish Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy New Years. Oh and Merry ChristHanZaa is just as bad ever here of newspeak from 1984? Yep again lazyness and newspeak. A rather good artical can be found here about the term “Happy Holidays” I really have nothing more to say about it..Oh yeah why are we so afriad of offending others? I mean being offended is a privalaged and shows that our (the US) goverment is working simi-right and showing that poeple can think differnt and not all alike. :ermm:

Oh and I would rather hear “Happy Kwanzaa” then “Happy Holidays” (and I’m a white guy :r)

One year ago Sunday…12/10/2005 Me and Sam were promoted to Community Mods. A lot has happend in the IF community and my life, I don’t really know what to say but figured I would just blog about it for no reasion, and since I should make a new blog by now.

I’m sick and tired of the BS ads every where. Such as for Michigan 2006 Proposal 3 Both sides are calling each other extremists. -_- (more on this later). I’m sick of seeing every where “OMGZ IF TEH REPUBLICANS WIN ITS TEH END OF TEH WORLD!!!!11!!!Oneoneone!!” quite Frankly it is not, The are really just killing them selfs thanks to things like what Sen. John Kerry Said about U.S troops, And people are crying over the GOP are winning. May be of the Dems can get there act straight they will stand a chance.

Okay, Let me rant/rave about some proposals in Michigan.

Proposal 1 What the…We need to vote on this because…?

Proposal 2 The hot topic of Affirmative Action if I could vote I would vote to ban it for the simple reason that Martin Luther King Jr. said that one day he wanted his children to be based on who they are not the color of there skin, which Affirmative Action saids you need x% of blacks and others in order to get public funding. Also in our state constitution we banned discrimination which Affirmative Action is but its something refereed to as Reverse Discrimination, or discrimination on the majority instead of the minority.

Proposal 3 I’m split on this issue since I do not see a need for dove hunting yet if you give animal right groups an inch they will take a mile.

Proposal 4 I don’t know why this one has not been getting any air time its more impotent then proposal 3, I say heck yes the government should not be taking people’s property away just for comerical reasons. Also The Government should have a little say on a person’s life as possible.

Proposal 5 More taxs yet our schools need more money.

Can note wait until these darn political ads get off the air…
